This Implementation Report for the WEEE Directive is a summary and analysis of the replies provided by Member States to the Implementation Questionnaire covering the period 2013-2015, pursuant to European Commission Implementing Decision of 11/03/2004.8 This report is part of a series of Implementation Reports published on the WEEE Directive every three years, according to Article 12 of the 2002 Directive (Article 16 of the 2012 Directive).
