For enterprises, extended producer responsibility (EPR) is a new strategy for environmental management, a micro-mehcanism of Circular Economy. It requires producers to bear responsibility for the product recovery. Many countries have legislated and implemented a series of EPR policies and regulations. It also forms two kinds of EPR implementation mechanisms. In this context, China must cope with the trend.
